E-spire is a dedicated retail expert based in Shrewsbury with satellite offices that cover the whole of the UK and northern Europe. They came to Domain Design Agency needing a new look that would position them where they wanted to be. In addition, they needed help to simplify what could be perceived as a complex solution.

The team at E-spire had clear ideas on where they wanted their project to lead, but before coming to Domain Design Agency had failed to find someone who really listened. Their over-riding objective was a custom outcome that brought their vision to life.

At DDA we take the time to listen to all our clients and right from the discovery meeting we had a meeting of minds with E-spire. Once we understood the client’s vision, we put on our creative hats to develop what they described. Not surprisingly the first iteration wasn’t 100% right, but we worked together until it was.

We made their solution accessible via an animated logo and explainer video, both of which served to bring their website vision to life. Our priority was to make their website experience enjoyable and effective across all devices and to get it picked up by Google. In no time at all, E-spire had the online web presence it deserved ie. a website that makes a tough solution to describe simple, accessible and appealing.
