Claimsec, The Claims Equilibrium Club was formed in March 2003 for insurance brokers who wanted to give a  more balanced claims service to their clients. The business solutions we have created for this client means they have the best of both worlds – all in one easy to use system – including a new website with video, broker login area where the broker themselves control their own clients, with start/expiry dates and cover etc which is really important for this business, and finally there is our own client’s admin system where all the data and reporting is managed from.

An animated film was created at the same time and we inserted this onto the website for the client to play on the new home page. The video shows the services provided by the client and overall we are very happy, as is the client with the final fusion of all the pieces of this project.
